Do I need to be certified by specific organizations?
We accept NRA, USCCA, and other recognized certifications. If you're unsure if yours qualifies, apply anyway and let us know your background.

I'm relatively new to instructing - am I qualified?
If you have certifications, some teaching experience, and passion for serving women students, yes. We're looking for instructors ready to grow, not just established names.

How much time commitment?
Flexible, but we are looking for instructors who can teach between 8-16 classes per month. We discuss specifics in the interview.

What's the earning potential?
Compensation is based on students you teach + performance incentives. Range depends on your commitment level. Specifics shared in interview. This is designed to be sustainable teaching income, not just side-hustle money.

What if I'm already teaching locally?
Perfect. This complements what you're doing and extends your reach nationally. You maintain your local work.

Why only 10 instructors?
Quality over quantity. We're launching with a curated group who can shape the platform and curriculum. Once we're established, we may expand—but founding instructors will always have special status.
